think DD needs to set up a clear understanding what extra cream should be.. shouldn't look dark

You need to carefully instruct them exactly how much cream and sugar to put in. Or else, you'll get this: A creamy, pasty, diabetic nightmare with a hint of coffee.
Love their coffee but service is very slow.
