I was in the drive-through and one of the workers was on his phone and dropped someone’s cup on the ground, as he proceeded to pick it up and put it back on the counter. He than drops it again and his co-worker picked it up for him. He doesn’t grab a new cup he fills up the drink for the customer behind me.
I give 1 star for service the guy here is not nice at all
Dreadful. We recently moved to Tradition, and were running errands. We needed coffee. There were four, perhaps five young men working. One seemed to be tasked with the drive-through. In retrospect that might have been ideal. We had no opportunity to place an order, no one said a word to us, no one made eye contact, but one fellow did find it inconvenient to have to walk around us. If it weren't for him, i'd suspect us of invisibility. This place may have great food and beverages. We'll never know. Plenty of competitors nearb... read more
