Dreadful. We recently moved to Tradition, and were running errands. We needed coffee. There were four, perhaps five young men working. One seemed to be tasked with the drive-through. In retrospect that might have been ideal. We had no opportunity to place an order, no one said a word to us, no one made eye contact, but one fellow did find it inconvenient to have to walk around us. While I don’t expect “Ritz Hotel” style service, I DO expect some level decency. I patiently waited for someone to come from behind the counter to take my order when a thin girl (black girl) suddenly appeared as I had my head down. She didn’t greet me or bother to ask what I wanted…just looked at me with an attitude as if I had just insulted her by simply walking in. If she didn’t want to be there than maybe she should quit or go clean bathrooms…she’s horrible!

I've been paying $6 for a drink. Every morning, watching them make it, and then I get a kid in the afternoon, who filled the cup all the way up with ice before putting any liquid in it, not the way it's normally made. I talked to the manager today and all I get is mouth. Never be back
