Didn’t make my Caramel Signature latte right
The staff here is doing their best I’d imagine but no matter what time of day it is, no matter what day - the service here is the slowest on the literal planet. Nothing is quick about this place, expect to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive through regardless of time of day. If the line looks big don’t even bother going inside because they are busy figuring out what to do with the giant line outside so you just get IGNORED watching the line disappear outside.
I ordered the $6 meal deal, but I hate coffee. I asked if I could get a hot tea instead (that's hot water and a 3 cent tea bag). NOPE! Really ticks me off. I'm the customer. Get with it flunkin!
