Over priced under staffed
I do not like ordering ahead of time (10 miles drive) only to get there to nicely wait another 10 minutes for my food only to have a rude work rudely yell at another worker for trying to make my mobile food order for me before the one car who just drove up in the drive through. What's the point in ordering ahead if I have to still wait for my order and deal with workers being horribly rude?
Placed a mobile order and my husband went inside to wait for it. After 20 minutes (it was not busy), he finally asked if his order was being made to which they told him “oh we don’t have sausage”. Instead of asking him what he was waiting for and then telling him that, they let him stand there that long until he had to ask himself.

This used to be my usual everyday location but a few weeks ago there were some new hires and ever since, the drive thru is filled with angry customers, some of which don't wait and just leave. When you finally make it to the serving window...you are greeted with a friendly face who stands there holding up the wall while watching their co workers run around at a snails pace.
