This is a beautiful location and the staff were very nice. Unfortunately found a long dark hair inside my iced coffee... I won't be returning
Add this one to list of poorly managed Dunkin’s in Berkshire County. Drive thru is pathetic and slow.
Waited over 30 Minutes in the drive thru while watching multiple employees hanging out outside, also the server had a really bad attitude
Such a beautiful location next to lake but staff needs training including management in food safety and cleanliness
