The customer service was nonexistent. If you are busy and it was a busy mid day for them. At least greet, the only customer in the lobby and tell them "we will be right with you." Once my order was complete, no one informed me or looked at me to tell me the order was mine. A little friendliness and courtesy can go a long way.
