Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Every time i come to this location my sandwich is always burnt and when they mess up on your order they get upset with you about it. Whoever the owner is should definitely have a look at what’s going on here.
Their coffee sucks, so does their service and their employees. They don't care about your dairy restrictions. They made me sick or could have by putting cheese on my food. Even though I p***** have specifically said no cheese. Also I asked oat milk instead of regular milk for my iced coffee and it said regular milk on the ticket on this cup. Have a calling for days.Nobody has answered and the manager's never there. Go to starbucks like everybody else does.
Overall pretty good, would have been nice to have been met with a smile and friendly greeting.
Great service!
Good donuts but it is very hard to get into and out of the plaza.
