This has got to be one of the worst DD I've ever visited. Walk in to get a coffee and the girl working looks right at me and doesn't even acknowledge me. I see that she's making a coffee for another customer but doesn't even say a word to me. How about I'll be right with you. I look behind the counter to the right and 2 other employees are on their cell phones. One was the older lady w/ the glasses that manages the place. The place is filthy. I’m not a Dunkin’ Donut person. But I’m a coffee person. I went there to buy hot coffee for me and my coworker. I told the cashier my order 2 middle coffees 3 French vanilla shots,and 3 creams . She didn’t ask me if I wanted them hot or cold and i didn’t remember to tell her hot . She served both of them cold and I’ve no choice but to leave with them as they were. When I got back to work my coworker say he doesn’t drink cold coffee and neither do I .. so I wasted my money for something I didn’t want.
