Ordered a large caramel latte and received wrong coffee, A male employee promised a replacement over the phone. When I returned, staff denied everything and offered nothing. This location lies to customers and refuses responsibility. Happened more than once. Absolute joke. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning.
From Binghamton to ny by far the cleanest and always coffee is perfect everytime.
