If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru today. The employee taking my order was extremely rude from the start. She kept saying she couldn’t hear me and told me to pull up to the window. When I got there, she already had a drink ready that I never ordered.
