THE WORST… I understand it’s DD but they have horrible customers service skills. The attitude is atrocious and the older lady beyond disrespectful. Honestly.. I’ve never had someone older than me act like an angry teen. Management needs to get involved because previous reviews have the same complaints. They need to do better… and on top of the it was the nastiest tasting coffee Ive had thus far.
This place sucks. I have been to this location many times and never had a problem, but I usually go to the one down the street. The Dunkin further South on Tonnelle is closed for renovation right now, and I really regret stopping here instead. There was a rude guy working and I asked his name. His name was Mario. He mask shamed me. The woman at the counter misheard my order and thought I said “Dunkaccino” instead of “Mochaccino.” That is a simple mistake. It happens.
