Rude worthless employee showing attitude
Extremely rude staff. The worker by the name of Lisset has been very unfriendly. She made the same drink wrong three times and made a fuss when we asked to fix it. She gave us a nasty attitude which i don’t appreciate. The worker in the photo wouldn’t give me her name but she was even more rude than Lisset.
I am a frequent customer at this location, but recently, the quality of service and food has declined. The donuts often seem stale, as if they are not made fresh daily. On top of that, my drink was prepared incorrectly, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the staff refused. This level of service is disappointing, especially since I have come to expect better from this location. I hope management addresses these issues to restore the quality and customer experience I was used to.
i go here a lot before school and normally get iced coffee or a refresher. the drinks are good but the workers are typically pretty unfriendly and have sometimes misunderstood my order. i dont mind but still love dunkin
