Service is extremely slow even when ther is no customers. I ordered a dragon fruit green tea . The male attendant purposely takes his time .

Front desk lady hasTerrible costumer service skills, give attitude to a good costumer, that is allways buying the food there
Very nice people working there.
The older woman at the front is incredibly rude, I'm surprised she still works there and they constantly get orders incorrect. The bread is always stale, bagels are hard as a rock, the hash browns overcooked and hard, drinks don't have the correct ingredients and they're always missing your items. It's so bad that my wife thinks they're being racist towards me
