Today I went to Dunkin and wanted to use my free tokens to get an iced latte. But the staff told me I must purchase something first before using the tokens. I explained that I already have free tokens, but they said it’s the store policy. Four years ago I rated 5 star but today I changed my mind and give 1 star only. Because my five years old daughter need to use the bathroom very urgently and I request to an employee to let use it for her. Mahmuda, the manager's name is a very rude person. I bought twice there, she placed the wrong order because she had the headphones on. It took about 10 minutes to give the order; there was no one else. I just asked her for my order. This list didn't answer. I was at the back of the store talking on the phone
La manager es una persona sumamente grosera. Nunca saluda a nadie al menos que seas de su raza. Siempre parece enojeda. Fui a comprar un cafe y espero 10 mins por un cafe. Cuando pregunte por el cafe se enojo y me regaño por preguntar. Este lugar siempre siempre se mantiene sucio. Eviten este lugar!
Giving it a 1 star because I have to give them a star. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. Starting off with management, she always has a bad face on. Not once that I’ve been there does she ever smile or greet any of the customers walking in. Unless it’s people from her decent. With them she chit chats with, smiles and laughs with. Management fails to schedule enough employees to be there during rush hour causing massive amounts of people to wait in line.
