Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to !!! This place should be shut down !!!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ location. I placed a mobile order for an iced Americano well in advance, and when I arrived, there were three staff members on duty, including the store manager—and absolutely no other customers in line. I politely approached the manager to ask if she could check on my mobile order. Her response was shockingly rude and dismissive. The service is too slow there are a lot of people in line and the people working there dont care about the line. They said they dont have something i asked but it was displayed right there.
Not worth the price for the meager items you receive. Very disappointed at this location. Severely unhappy .
