Came in tonight on the 4th of July. Love ❤️ the staff and service. They are so accommodating and genuinely love taking care of the customers and doing a great job at it. I'm always here and will always come back, even thought they are busy at times, when they get to me ,it's an amazing experience. I live near by and this is my go to place. Thank you guys especially the weekend night crew.
108-01 64 th Dunkin Donuts's work is not good at all, they are just getting angry and using bad words.
It is now the only national chain that is open on 108th Street. The rest—Rite Aid, Chase Bank —have moved on; and it now sits in the nexus of former Soviet worlds. They flock here because, as Nina Simone once sang, we all “want a little sugar in our bowl,” especially in these times. Horrible experience! There are 3 people working behind the counter and one of the workers by name Prith is chit chatting with a customer and not helping his other 2 coworkers who are swamped!!! When I asked him if he was working- he said "hold on , let me finish talking to him!" in the most obnoxious way possible! I am writing to share my consistent disappointment with the service speed at this location. Regardless of customer volume, the staff routinely appears overwhelmed and unable to manage orders efficiently. They also don’t wear gloves when handling drinks or food. During my recent visit, there were only two employees working.
