It would be great if some of them spoke some ENGLISH
The coffee is almost never done right and the food sometimes isn't cooked all the way. The order keeps getting messed up and the workers are dismissive
Horrible customer service!!! Spent around $400 today and all they said was you need to give us more time after we placed the order (why not telling me before I place the order if you were not able to make the donuts) There's no next time at this place!

Smh my nurse girlfriend ordered a very much needed and deserved coffee from this establishment 20 mins before arriving and I am disappointed to say that there was no said iced coffee drink in sight! How dare they treat my poor decaffeinated partner that way, she could have passed out from the heat with the lack of iced coffee drink! Dunkin’ I expected better from you >:( (glad they made her drink soon after she asked them about it) BUT SHAME
