Horrible customer service!!! Spent around $400 today and all they said was you need to give us more time after we placed the order (why not telling me before I place the order if you were not able to make the donuts) There's no next time at this place!

Smh my nurse girlfriend ordered a very much needed and deserved coffee from this establishment 20 mins before arriving and I am disappointed to say that there was no said iced coffee drink in sight! How dare they treat my poor decaffeinated partner that way, she could have passed out from the heat with the lack of iced coffee drink! Dunkin’ I expected better from you >:( (glad they made her drink soon after she asked them about it) BUT SHAME
For some reason this Dunkin specifically has really high quality doughnuts. The staff is super friendly too.
I don’t know where to start. First I came in with my family. My daughter wanted a unicorn creation ice cream, I waited at least 10-15 min for someone to acknowledge me, mind you there was one other customer being finished taken care of. Finally, the lady asked me what I wanted and I asked for the creation ice cream. When I got it, I received the wrong cup gave me the dinosaur cup and no sprinkles, at this point I was already frustrated.
