Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service & Unprofessionalism I had an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ location, specifically with a shift supervisor named Arsheda. I was in the store on 02/14/25 buying, but the guy wast attend me terrible, the attitude was horrible, he was there but literally want to sell, I said to him you must to be more polite. Terrible services.
Literally standing there watching them burn the food then there like oh this is yours. It's burnt you knew it was burnt! Do better!
Ordered my dunkalatte online for pickup. They ran out so I asked for French vanilla. Okay, but why did it take 10 minutes? Because the workers were talking. Customers are getting delayed? No problem for them. The latte was warm and had way too much sugar.
