Dear Manager, there was a fly in the donut case today, please install some kind of fly deterrent, maybe one of those plug in UV lights that kills flying insects on contact. I did tell someone there & then but there was nothing to they could do about it, they moved the donuts immediately to shift the fly, I understand that they're attracted to sugar.
I ordered a bacon egg and chesse on a bagel and I got one on a crescent with no bacon . My sandwich is flat like disk flat.
Coffee here is really bad. Do better. It's never good. Worst Dunkin chain ever. Stale food stale service. Please shut it down. Edit I am reporting this location to NYC DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.

Go this place to waste your money, time and health. Almost threw up after having coffee. Had to throw the half of the coffee and waste my money. Carelessly made coffee, it was like raw milk and sugar nothing else.
