Only drink dubkin coffee. However this is my first time at this location. The 2 young ladies were doing absolutely nothing but chit chatting and CURSING. The 2 older women were doing everything. Coffee did not taste like I have at every other location. Hope the owners can be there sometimes to observe.
When they add a new item, maybe train people how to make it. I explicitly told the person to shake the espresso first, and then add a little bit of oat milk, she proceeds to make a shaken latte while staring at me. Add to that rudeness and absolute lack of customer service that i see across all dunkin in the area. I miss beans square

They’re so nice at this Dunkin. There are other Dunkin locations more near where I live but the employees at the other places especially the one on Bell Blvd are so rude. I come here just because the employees are so pleasant and the customer service is great.
