My experience at Dunkin' is always bad. There's no quiet spot, and the employees are too busy talking loudly among themselves.
Like coming to this location as it shares a space with Jimmy John sandwiches which I haven't tried yet. The six dollar breakfast combo is something we get often as it offers the best bang for the buck.
This is a Newer Dunkin in Bayside. Service is extremely slow, and the server is extremely rude and unprofessional. No manager in sight.
They have the most friendliest staff here ! I come here all the time and they are so pleasant in the mornings . Andddd they make my drink reallyyyy good every single time .
The staff member working during my visit was extremely rude and clearly needs proper training. Each time I come in, I’m left waiting while she avoids providing service. I also observed a serious hygiene concern: she touched garbage and then immediately handled donuts without washing her hands or wearing gloves. This is unsanitary and unacceptable for a food establishment. I hope management takes action to ensure staff are properly trained in both customer service and food safety.
