NASTY TEA!!! NEVER ENOUGH SUGAR… I ASK FOR MY TEA THE SAME WAY WHEREVER I GO ( 8 LIQUID SUGARS AND 2 COCONUT PUMPS ) AND THIS LOCATION ALWAYS IS LAZY AND CHEAP ON THE SUGAR PUMPS. THEY NEED TO CLEAN FILTERING SYSTEM FOR DRINKS BECAUSE IT DOES NOT TASTE FRESH. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE SNATCHING MY CARD. I REBUKE THIS LOCATION AND I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.
Tried to be as nice as possible with the Dunkin’ Donuts on the blvd in New Haven/ West Haven town line but enough is enough. Every single time I order an everything bagel with cream cheese I order EXTRA cream cheese because I know they’re stingy with the cream cheese, but even when I PAY for “EXTRA” cream cheese they rip me off!
