You all need to pay your employees more money. Why are they asking for tips when all they do I just hand me a drink
I ordered a matcha Frappuccino. It wound up being all ice and hardly any drink. It was very Bland. They made a new drink and it was the same thing. Bland and icy
Ordered a customized half dozen donuts for drive thru pickup. I received apparently whatever they wanted to through in the box with no discussion or mention.
90% of the time they get something wrong or make you wait way too long, i dont know if its just the employees (not all of them) not caring or just something about how the store is being ran, but its not okay when on several occasions of getting a hot coffee it has been both filled up way too much as well as the lid not being secured. The food is good and the coffee is good, but only when its done right and in a timely manner
Waited in line for like 20 minutes and got asked twice what my order was which was only a sandwich and tots
