This store is apparently under new management, and there is no managing happening. No employee seems to know what the other one is doing. I always order walk-in to save time in the drive-through, but there’s nobody working the walk-in counter. There’s nobody that checks with customers on their name or accuracy of their order. I don’t normally like to complain… but the past two times i’ve gone to dunkin, my HOT coffee has been handed to me room temperature. very upsetting!
I don't know how are cup of coffee can taste so different from any other dunkin in the area when ordered the same thing every time. You would think that they all use the same ingredients in the same region/ city. I can go to any other dunkin and the same cup is different. Does not make sense. I usually drive by this one on purpose. But if I don't give them a chance every now and then, I don't know if things have changed for the better.
Slowest drive thru. Consistently takes longer than walking inside which is not much better
I used to come here every day and I don't know if I'll be back. I'm tired of waiting over 10 minutes or more for my order. The last several times they dont put extra carmel that I paid for.
