This location hates doordashers. When they see you at the pickup counter they will turn their backs and ignore you. You have to almost shout to get their attention.
We come through the store at least a couple of times per day, and have for the past 2 years. Almost every occasion we’ve had to go back through the store and get them to give us new coffee drinks, or even refund our money. There’s no consistency in the coffee is absolutely terrible at this store. We’ve even brought this to management attention multiple times on top of multiple times and still, they have the same issue. I’ve went to this location twice in the past 3 days to get cold brew and both times they told me they “forgot” to make it.
