I have never had an issue with the food, but the manager (I believe her name is Tara) is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is very quick to argue and I have seen her belittle the employees as well. It seems like staff is always changing, and she may very well be the reason for that.
I attend dunkin routinely 5-6 times a week. I have gotten to know a few employees and always enjoyed my coffee. Early this week i picked up a mobile order. Got 10 minutes down the road and the iced coffee had cream CHUNKS and a sour tatse. A new cream was opened and my coffee was remade. No big deal. This morning i went around 6:30 with my husband.
