Croissant was undercooked and Boston cream had no cream. It was just a deflated doughnut.
Portroyal is the worst so is the one in Columbia on highway 31 there always out of everything by 8:30am and staff at both places lazy and rude and donuts way to expensive.
The lady at the register was so friendly and helpful. Munchkins were fresh and coffee was hot. My iced coffee was delicious!
This is the weirdest Dunkin I’ve ever ordered at, and it’s happened several times. They say “ Welcome to Dunkin” and just expect you to order without any sort of prompt asking what they can get you, or what would you like today. Then after you order, it’s just “pull around” without regard for any politeness telling you your total or thank you. The window person is nice, but whoever is taking orders- can use some lessons on manners.
