Pulled up at 7:55 and was told to “Be mindful of what you order because we close in 4 minutes” in a tone. We were just going to order 1 coffee. So obviously we left as we did not feel welcomed to place an order after that. Iv worked for several chain beverage companies and the policy was always the same: the doors don’t lock until 1 minute past closing and all orders are welcome until then. I always served with willingness and a smile on my face!
The svc here was absolutely awesome! I tried ice coffee by myself, & not just taking a sip of someone else's. The young lady who made it, 10 stars. I got the mocha. OMG, I loved it. And the little breakfast wraps? Ohhh yes. 10 outta 10.
Service was excellent, inside was quiet and clean. The music overhead felt a little loud at times, but some people like it that way. Also, at the time I went, they were struggling with their Wi-Fi, but I was still able to get my work done.
