I’ve been a regular at this location for over 2 years now. Shirley is always my favorite part of every visit- she is always so kind & fun. Today, I went in for my normal order but needed some help with a mobile order I placed previously & upon pickup, didn’t have some of the items I ordered so I was told to “come back another day & they’ll get you what you ordered”. I placed my order online and selected walk-in pickup. When I arrived at the store, there were two employees in the back area. One of them briefly came around the corner, saw me standing there, and then walked away without saying a word. I waited at the counter and tried multiple times to make my presence noticeable, but I was still completely ignored.
