I had an appalling experience during my recent visit. The young lady who took my order accidentally missed one of the coffees. No big deal — mistakes happen. I simply asked to have it added, and I was perfectly willing to pay for it. However, the woman making the coffee was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes repeatedly, gave me nasty looks, and kept saying, “What does she want? What does she want?” even though I was standing just a few feet away. Don't always have every menu option, but this Dunkin has the sweetest employees
Nasty attitudes. Went in to order coffee, the young woman was annoyed that my card didnt tap to pay. I tried to explain to her that if she would wait one second it would work. The other girl, I believe her name was Morgan, she was on her phone the entire time, taking pictures of customers cars. Why she was doing that is beyond me. They both had extremely nasty attitudes. I will never bring my business here again
