I went through the drive-through order a decaf, hot coffee when I was halfway home realize the coffee wasn’t freshly brewed, and my coffee was reheated up
I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this Dunkin. This was easily one of the worst customer service and cleanliness experiences I’ve had at any fast-food place. From the moment I walked in, the place felt chaotic and completely unorganized. The counter area had spilled coffee and crumbs everywhere, the trash cans were overflowing, and the tables clearly hadn’t been wiped down in a long time.
