I really love those location. I go thro the drive thru at least every other day.Most of the staff knows me by my order which I love. I did have a recent experience that just rubbed me the wrong way. I know how much my drink cost one day I ordered my drink pulled up and was charged more. I asked why and the lady said there was no button for what I ordered ( it's on their menu board) I asked for her to ask someone. I usually order the same thing every single time I come in, very simple food items and a drink. I'm not sure if they can hear me whenever I order, but today I used my app points and paid in cash. They took my $2, didn't even get my wrap, and handed me my hash browns and drink. Thankfully, I didn't end up paying for the missing wrap, but I'm just disappointed and will be going to a different location from now on :( I only have positive interactions with a few people at this location.
