Slow, slow, slower than slow. 12min wait in drivethru that's designed so you can't exit the queue. At no point should a "fast food" establishment have that type of wait time with 1 car in front of you.
Every time I try to place an order using rewards points the order is rejected, or unfulfilled. I will never spend a dime here again
Must be short staffed. Stopped 4 coffee here at 747pm right off highway and drive-thru message announced "Thank you for your visit but we are currently closed" GPS shows this location is open until 8pm.
We waited behind the car in front of us at the window for nearly 15 minutes - not acceptable- if the order for the car before us wasn’t ready they should have had them pull into a spot in the parking lot and brought out their order when it was ready, not hold up everyone else. Our hot latte was not hot since it was sitting there already made while we waited.
