The employees are just talking and not serving anyone stand for more than five minutes without serving so I left.
What is happening with people working here that make you feel you don't want to come back. The lady working at 11:00 am in the register was so rude. I hope she didn't spit my food.
This morning I ordered a decaf iced coffee, and a sourdough sandwich. The biggest issue/ concern with my order is that I was given a fully caffeinated iced coffee. I can't put into words the border line torture a person goes through when they have caffeine but shouldnt..this happens constantly with dunkin's. Having worked at this location 20+ years ago I understand if they are forced to rush by the timer at the drive thru window, but there needs to be more attention to detail.
