The service here is always friendly and the interior has comfortable seating, which I appreciate. However, my drink tends to taste different each time I visit. The beverage quality seems inconsistent from visit to visit. Because of this, I usually choose the Cobb Parkway location for more reliable consistency. It’s disappointing since this store is so convenient and I really want to like it.
This morning I had the pleasure of coming into work at 9am and all I wanted was something small to eat, my boyfriend dropped me off at work and headed over to the Dunkin since it is in this little "section" I work in. I asked him to order me everything bagel bites and a drink. I have had to have Dunkin remake this drink for me before so I was pleasantly surprised when it actually tasted good and did not need corrections. I visited this Dunkin' location this evening and was greeted with complete silence, not even a simple "hello." I felt unwelcome, as though my presence was a problem. If I hadn’t been picking up coffee for someone else, I would’ve simply left. If you're that unhappy with your job, it might be time to consider a change. It's unfair to let your frustration affect paying customers. Everyone deserves a positive experience when they walk into an establishment.
I bought bagels for my job and there was barely any cream cheese on the bagels . This location also runs out of food frequently. Find a different location if you are looking for quality and consistency. I will not return to this location. I’ve given Several visits and nothing is changed.
