Never have I been to a worse Dunkins. The people that work there are just mean. Who needs it? I sure don't. Not in the morning not anytime of day. Pound sand!
I pulled up to the drive thru that had two cars waiting at the windows around 10:00AM on Saturday, February 15th. I said: “good morning, do you have plain bagels”? The woman on the other end of the speaker said “Foods backed up it’s going to be a while”. And I wasn’t completely sure what she said so in response, I said “I’m sorry”? Love this Dunkin until about a month ago, the coffee has been deplorable! Awful weird metallic taste and now my black coffee looks like an ice tea! I'm disappointed, do better please!
