Service is great at this location and very fast. However this morning I got a blueberry muffin and it wasn't cooked. It was still raw muffin mix
Was excited for my first pumpkin muffin of the year, I noticed it looked a little different from previous years but as I got closer to the middle of it I bit into BATTER. Muffin batter not baked in my muffin. Unless this is some new recipe this is pretty disgusting.
Ordered 2 cold drinks and 2 bacon, egg, and cheese croissants and was told "it will be awhile" when we ordered the sandwiches. Got the drinks right away then told to move ahead to the next window to wait for the sandwiches. It was like 5 minutes before the sandwiches came out and the only thing warm on them was the bacon. The cheese was cold and not melted and the egg and croissant felt room temperature. Definitely not coming back to this Dunkin
I ordered a latte with oat milk and Splenda. I got a horrible coffee with oat milk and Splenda. When I called to ask about what happened I let the phone ring many times and no answer. I don’t like paying for a latte and getting a coffee instead.
