I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts on multiple occasions, and the customer service is not good. The person that works there named Oscar is rude and unprofessional. Most of the workers have good customer service except for Oscar with the glasses. Most of the time he also messes up the coffee orders. There was one occasion where he was making a hot coffee and he got it all over the cup and just handed it to me. The doughnuts are stale. The second time I’ve given them a try. Truly a waste of time and money. Your doughnuts are horrible.
Some of the nicest people work here! Love the staff! Gosh the doughnuts are the smallest in South Bay… And the blended drinks are very icy, need to be blended a lot more… I don’t think it’s this Dunkin’s fault, it’s most likely corporate/franchise.
