I had a great experience at Dunkin' Donuts in Manhattan Beach. The store was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The service was fast and efficient, and I received my order quickly without a long wait. The staff were friendly and professional, making the visit even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a clean place with quick service and great coffee and donuts, this location is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!
I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts on multiple occasions, and the customer service is not good. The person that works there named Oscar is rude and unprofessional. Most of the workers have good customer service except for Oscar with the glasses. Most of the time he also messes up the coffee orders. There was one occasion where he was making a hot coffee and he got it all over the cup and just handed it to me.
