Went to get a matcha latte, the person in the window was dismissive, won’t let me finish my sentence, then I got my drink, I took one sip of the drink and it was almost done. Cup was filled with just ice. Not going back there again.
The baristas working on Sunday 1/26 were horrible. The one drink I ordered took over 10 minutes to make. The young man with long disheveled hair was coughing & wiping his nose on his jacket sleeve. The cashier could barely hold herself upright while taking the order. Once my coffee was handed to me, the ice was almost entirely melted. You should staff that actually want to work there.
