I use to love going to this dunkins when I was in high school everything was on point, as of recently the workers have been extremely slow they have to much attitude and they can’t get orders right. I’ve never been to a dunkins like this and experienced this.

It's a dunking. Always the same food usually. Drink was hot, donut was sweet. Place was clean and staff was nice. What more could you ask for?

I’ve only gone to this dunkin 3 times and every single time i’ve had to wait an INSANE amount of time for my order. I ordered a pickup order at 6:50, and I arrived at 7:10 expecting my food to be ready .. cold if anything. No, I stayed for an extra 20 minutes waiting for my food alongside a bunch of other people. This has happened every time i’ve come here. There’s only one lady that’s actually trying and it’s an older woman. Otherwise, her coworkers have no sense of urgency.

The best service I’ve ever had the lady was the nicest ever inside. Also Refresher perfectly the right amount of ice, nice sweet and the service was very fast. Only took him 30 seconds you need to come to the Dunkin’ Donuts the best ever and Dracut
