Drive through gets the most attention
Be prepared to wait. This is perhaps one of the most poorly managed Dunkin’ stores I’ve been to, and that’s saying a lot. They should start by hiring more help. Then, they need to balance their attention between the drive-thru and the customers who actually walk into the store. Right now, it feels like the drive-thru is their only priority.
