Genuinely awful service. The people don't even care enough to do the bare minimum and give you the right drink. I saw them repeatedly berate customers when all they tried to do was ask for a drink fix because their order was wrong. I get food service can suck, but you don't have to be a miserable human being to everyone you come across.
I was there on a very busy day, yet the service was great! I got my coffee quickly, and the employees were quite pleasant
