I am a daily customer at this location — I come in almost every single day and have been a loyal patron for a long time. Unfortunately, after what happened this evening, I will no longer be returning. I ordered my usual marshmallow latte, and to my surprise, I was charged an extra $0.75 for the marshmallow foam — which is supposed to come with the drink. My first time encountering a 24-hour Dunkin’, and the location right off the Lake Worth/Greenacres Turnpike exit is incredibly convenient. The service is always great—fast, efficient, and my order is consistently correct. One of the team members even remembers me and my order every time I visit the drive-through around 2–3 AM. I’m greeted immediately both on the intercom and at the window. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a quick bite during those graveyard hours.
