You guys have to hire more people. Your staff is trying their very best but cannot handle the volume. I literally order when I leave my house allowing 12-15 minutes and it's still never ready.
Awful service. I waited 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the counter, despite at least 5 people working and only two people at the drive through. After that they messed up my simple order. Robots would be better. Boo!
Both workers ignored the window and let drinks just sit there. Took 15 minutes to pick up a mobile order.
