the new store manager they got is the nastiest person they could’ve ever hired , she’s never nice to any customer , i always order and she’s always rude , talking nasty about her associates to other associates, doesn’t know how to talk to people.
I highly do not recommend this Dunkin. I had ordered 75 munchkins a few days before I had came in for my son's class party for his birthday. The girl Brit took down the order and said not to pay until I pick it up at 8:30. she said she will tell her manager Jaelin about the order and to pay at pick up. I also called the day before pick up to make sure the order was set and Jaelin said that it would be ready. Google and app says they close at 7, but at 6:06pm the gates were down and cashier told me they were closed. It’s Saturday.. unfortunate
