The very nice and helpful young lady sent me home with 2 pieces to try- no charge. I had told her if they didn't work I would be back with the pieces to return them with the lamp to further help me. Next day I returned with the pieces and my lamp. She once again tried something else, even another associate was helping us The end result is they helped me with the right part and my lamp now works!
