My philosophy in pain treatment is based on experience that patients suffer more when their functioning and quality of life are impaired. My goal is to increase the functional ability of each patient to the highest possible level. With years of experience i have the responsibility to diagnose and manage chronic pain while maximizing the benefits and minimizing the adverse effects of treatment.

This is an excellent, compassionate, and thorough physician. He listens carefully, takes thorough notes, and is always professional. If family and friends lived closer, I would definitely recommend them to Dr. Dunkelman's office. Since I need to visit his office monthly, and have been his patient for several years, I can recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Dunkleman is a very professional, friendly and efficient doctor. I've been seeing him for over 8 years now and I am very pleased with his care of my chronic pain issue. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I would recommend Dr. Dunkleman to any one who wants professional expertise in the field of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. If you have a legitimate issue, and follow his moral & legal requirements for treatment he will not disappoint you. It takes a lot of fortitude to legitimately practice in this field in today's society. I give him much credit for caring for those in need. However, if you choose not to be honest and forthright with him, don't expect compassion.
