The staff at Dunk Your Junk was rude and dismissive when I had questions about pricing and scheduling. Instead of explaining things clearly, they seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, they fell short.

I hired Dunk Your Junk to remove some old furniture and debris, but after they left, I noticed they didn’t clean up properly. There were small pieces of trash and debris left behind, making more work for me. I expected a thorough job, but they clearly rushed through it.
