I've got a fair amount of patience for bad customer service. Dunham Properties manages the Sioux Falls Dome. I had reserved some time at the dome this last Wednesday night to play some soccer for an hour and a half. Management didn't show up to unlock the facility at 8 or even a few minutes before 8. Not surprised and sorry to see their property management skills are as bad as their builder skills. My folks bought a new townhouse in 2000 and it was so cheaply constructed. Watered down paint on the walls, cheap carpet. The appliances were the lowest grade possible. They put the water heater on the second floor without a drain. Just sitting on the floor. The damage to the ceiling when it leaked was quite impressive.
No word to say. Problems over there are beyond words to explain. In nutshell, it is a Hell on the earth surface.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Kingsport has been completely abandoned. No manager, no maintenance, pool has been closed and unusable for years and is growing algae. Work orders and complaints for maintenance are never even glanced at. My dishwasher hasn't worked for 8 months. Getting ahold of the owner is next to impossible and if you finally do it's like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished. I just found a COCKROACH which really is my last straw.
