Huge thanks to Mr. Kordell at Dunham and Jones. I am a college student who made a mistake, drunk driving my freshman year of college. Mr. Kordell not only was able to get all the charges dismissed but gave me a second chance at pursuing a career in medicine. He worked very hard to help me strengthen my case, showing that I am a good kid who made a poor choice. Forever thankful for what Mr. Kordell has done for me and my future. Definitely recommend.

You get what you pay for.  If you qualify for a public defender do that because their representation was not stellar.  I did plea with a not guilty and took probation and with that plea, the AG dismissed the other case.  The law firm never gave me a dismissal notice, email, phone call or verbal statement that I did not have to attend court.  When I emailed and called, the firm did not call, respond to my question or email from December to January 9th.  The only email I received once I paid my bill was from one of the attorne... read more

I hired Durham and Jones for my son's first offense case after my initial lawyer failed to communicate or advocate effectively. I paid an $850 retainer to the firm on the morning of my son's court date, with the understanding that Mr. Waterman would meet us there for a 1:30 PM appointment. I retained Nick Jackson to represent my daughter's felony case and he did an OUTSTANDING job. Not only did he get my daughter's bond reduced, he also got her an amazing plea deal with probation only and the felony will be removed from her record at the successful completion of the probation. All of this was completed within 2 weeks! Nick was also very responsive throughout this process and kept me updated throughout.

Warren Waterman is a terrible attorney. He stares into space when you talk to him. He claims he worked for a DA office before. He does nothing to help in most cases and makes things worse. He does not listen to the clients. The lawyers at this firm are useless. The BBB rated them D-. They take your money and, in most cases, try to settle with you in more trouble than you started. I cant say enough good things about this firm, especially my lawyer Mark Hendrickson !!! Rockwall County is the absolute worst place to get in trouble at. Especially having a prior pen trip, a pen trip from 20yrs ago !!! DA and prosecutor did not give a crap !!! Picking up 2 felonies in 2024 back in March has been a absolute nightmare ! I just appointed Dunham and jones as counsel and so far they have been very prompt with communication and discussing a resolution to my cases. Yes you have to pay what you weigh sometimes but I believe my attorney will Clark will be successful with a resolution and justice will show me as innocent to all these trumped charges.  I just appreciate the availability and clarity they have provided. I have nothing negative to say but I will keep you all updated.
