Daryll is a delight. I’m in the best shape even though I’m 45 that I’ve been since I was 20. He makes working out fun and I normally absolutely hate it.
I am 75 years old and have worked with my fair share of trainers over the years. Daryl stands head and shoulders above all others and in particular for older people who require highly qualified , intuitive and experienced training. I have trained under his guidance for over a decade and expect to continue for the the next decade.
OK, so I HATE working out. Always have and always will. But now that I have met Darryl, I feel inspired and motivated to show up even though working out sucks. Darryl has found a way to turn a gym hater into a believer and a devoted client. I went from doing nothing to working out 2 to 3 times a week. Do I complain nonstop? Yes!. I wish I knew about this place long time ago. Daryl is the bomb. He helps me with getting back to shape after a long time, kickboxing, and even nutrition advice. Daryl is super kind, incredibly knowledgeable, he’s a physical therapist as well, so fun to work with, knows how to motivate you… he is just all around terrific This place is a gem. It’s clean. Reliable and fair. Super highly Uber recommended!
