One of the worse experiences with them. I had set an appt up for January of 2025 and afterwards, received my contact supply then in December of 2025, I tried to schedule my yearly check up in which they scheduled me a month after my contacts ran out, then when I call to notify them that I am going to be about 10 mins late due to a family emergency, they unapologetically refused to accept me and tried scheduling me another month out. If they knew scheduling would be extensive, than they should book appts a year in advance.
Best eye exam I ever had. Doctor Dungan is awesome. And her staff is very helpful..
Friendly and accommodating staff, modern equipment, family atmosphere and knowledgeable, in-depth, honest care for the patient. Dr. Dungan is the best around.
