Consistently excellent in managing and renting our property in SSB!
This people will scam you left and right. I caught them two times renting my place and trying to keep the rent they collected after I confronted then they did sent me the rent. I dismissed them on march it has been five month and they are refusing to send me march rent that they collected. Don't trust them stay away.
Have rented a couple of homes thru Dunes Property Management. Nothing but issues, pool in both homes was disgusting. Green and unusable the other we found rocks, broken ballpoint pen and chicken bones. we paid for pool heat, the Heat Pump was breaking down every other day for a week. Temp was in the 70's asked for a partial refund was told NO? Currently waiting for the Cancellation fee to be returned (2 months now) Seems they might be out of business, wonder why? They are ignoring me as well as FLA BBB, not good for Business... read more
