Podiatrist Amy Wisdow is great.I give her 5 stars . But the billing office is the worst. Medicare did not have my secondary as a crossover went there for months before they told me I owe over $200 and can not be seen until I pay. I told them they needed to bill my secondary insurance. They left it up to me to get all the EOB's to the secondary .I had to wait until this was resolved to be seen. Both Medicar Insurance and Secondary have paid their part . I had a 3pm appointment today, called at them at 255 to.let them know.there was anaccident and I was 2.miles away. I got to office and was.told I was.late at 311(of course I know, ilthats why I called) receptionist told me to have a seat. I waited until 318 when she told I would have to reschedule! I am.payimg cash and only needed injections. But my first appointment they didn't have a problem.making.me wait 15 20 minutes past my scheduled time. I guess their time.is important but mine isn't.
