They hire an F-rated extemely predatory 3rd party car booting company to boot any guest car even though there is an ABUNDANCE of parking. Seems like they only do it only out of cruelty. Rather than fixing their roach & rat issue, they will boot & charge $100-plus and make you wait OVER 4 and a half hours. So honestly just seems like the people that run the place hate the people that live there. Why would you want to live in an environment like that? Go live where you and you're money are wanted.
They've raised rent prices repeatedly with 0 improvement to the units and complex. There were multiple things broken/cracked/out-of-service upon move-in, including a melted plastic electrical outlet (which has remained broken). They have tried to enter my unit while I'm home and also while I've been away, and are incredibly dismissive to tenants' concerns overall.
