Very professional. Explained everything. Cleaned up really great. Very friendly.
I purchased a gas fireplace from The Fireplace Center last autumn and I had the cosiest nice winter with it. I had a stone fireplace placed by the nicest young men who came out and worked diligently placing all the individual stones in a creative manner. The service with everyone was highly professional, efficient and they were very pleasant to work with. Their showroom was awesome helping me to make style and size selections with ease. I highly recommend them with 5 Stars!
I paid for a sweep and inspection. They came out, spent about 20 minutes looking at the fireplace, before saying they can’t do a sweep because of the angle of the fireplace. That makes sense and I understand that. What doesn’t make sense is why they charged me the full $300 for a 90-minute full inspection and sweep when all they did was look up the chimney and only spent 20 minutes here. Seems like they could’ve offered me a discount since I wasn’t able to get the service I paid for. I would give zero stars if I could.
