Absolutely incredible experience with everyone we worked with here from start to finish: sales, initial measurements, installation, etc. They worked with us to find something that would fit our oddly shaped fireplace, they were creative problem solvers, and were super friendly and professional the whole time. Highly recommend.
Josh was thorough and was able to help us with our fireplace issues we have been having and used other services before but he was able to identify and solve the issues quickly and professionally. Definitely would refer others to use The Fireplace Center of Indianapolis for their needs
Your technician smelled a gas leak in my garage I didn’t know I had. I was able to get my furnace person out to take care of that problem. I’m most appreciative.
