I could not be happier with the service I received from The Fireplace Center. I was thrilled that the Fireplace Center was able to do it all, install my new fireplace, do the tile work, and install the mantle. The installation crew were very professional and explained everything well throughout the process. The fireplace looks stunning!
The Fireplace Center install installed our wood-burning insert about four years ago and we’ve been very pleased with it. We thought it was time to get the Chimny swept so we called and scheduled a service date. Their technician came out. He was very nice and polite and after about a half hour, he came up and told us he’s never worked on one of these inserts before and did not know how to do it and he’d have to reschedule.
