We received a sweepstakes style mailer from them telling us we had won a 55” TV. I went to the dealership where I was told my “confirmation number” was not the correct one to actually win the television. Once they found out I what is not interested in purchasing a vehicle immediately, they gave me a $100 “dining advantage” gift card and sent me on my way. Oh, the gift card is a ruse also.

Great deal on my Chevrolet Cruze and the customer service is wonderful. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Diane Thompson was extremely nice and did everything she could to get me in my car choice. After a little paperwork I was on my way cruising down the road in style and with a huge smile on my face. What a great family atmosphere!!!!

My wife and I had emergency car problems driving from Virginia to Tennessee and managed to limp our car in to Duncan. We were greeted with a warm hello, they took our car right in, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, test drove to make certain it was fixed and charged us a very reasonable price. Back on the road in an hour and 15 minutes!!! Tremendous experience here with superior Service personnel! Thanks, Duncan staff !
