This roofing company is severely understaffed and pass the cost onto you! Was charged a 67% "labor burden".. I understand about labor shortages but that's honestly not my problem. I signed a contract on March 17th and work was not started until April 24th, almost a month and a half after. They came in $4000 over estimate and I had to pay overages because the home improvement loan I took out only covered all my $1500.. ****** Roofing Company has a terrible office staff. After my roof was installed, I was unable to get my wind mitigation form from them for my insurance company. They mailed the form out late, after I called them many times, & they did it incorrectly. Now my homeowners insurance is canceled, & the whole process has to start over again (with a home inspection & higher rates). We recently contracted with Duncan Roofs to replace the flat roof on the room addition at the back of our house. They were delayed by another job but notified us of the delay. They performed the work in one day as promised, although they had to send one roofer back a day later to finish attaching the flat roof and tile roof together (relaying the tiles that were pulled up for the roof replacement). We recently had a roof replacement due to storm damage and Duncan made this very stressful situation bearable with their commitment to excellence in their product and with their communication. We highly recommend Duncan Roofs for your roofing needs. The team was professional and courteous and the final product is beautiful and well done. Our recovery after the storm would have been much worse had we not chosen Duncan to replace our roof.

Duncan Roofs in St. Petersburg is a terrible company. They are liars. They are unethical. They are irresponsible. I have two tires on my mower damaged by multiple nails they left on site. They take no responsibility because my tires were "worn out" by their estimation. Yes, they would have been replaced end of season. But, that does not remove their responsibility for their negligence causing damage. Their reviews online are terrible. The owner is a major jerk and refuses to hold his people accountable. And even though your tire had little if any tread left on it and it had multiple previous repairs, we had repaired it at Bob Lee's as soon as you advised us of the nail in it. When you later advised us that the tire was leaking, I personally carried a can of "Fix-A-Flat" to your crew. Your employee advised me that they usually plug nail punctures themselves on the job. Our roof was nearly 20 years old and was experiencing a leak during heavy rains. It was replaced on 7/29/2020, and as of today - 8/16/2020, we are very pleased with Duncan Roofing. I'd contacted a few companies for quotes and either received no response, or was given some sort of runaround. Very disappointed. I had them do two of my homes in the past. No issues. But recently end of last year replacement new roof. They had dropped a hammer on to of my A/C unit. Causing a hole. Reported this to the owner as his was requested my check. Promising me he would take care of. Have left many text messages and called the office several times and NO RESPONSE. Besides finding roof tacs. In the bottom of my shoes.

We hired Duncan to put a new roof on our rental house that we have for sale. It was supposed to take 1 day. It took 2.5 days. During this time, it was raining off and on. They failed to put a tarp on the roof where it was exposed. As a result, a 4' hole opened up in the living room ceiling. We had to take the house off the market to have the hole repaired.
