My 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz suddenly developed transmission issues at 15,000 miles. This is a car I am making payments on, a car under warrantee. Not only am I told that they will not be able to look at it this week OR NEXT WEEK, but that they have _no_ loaner cars. RecommendedOk, not enough used cars to choose from on the lot. would have left if it wasn't for David Sutphin. Never, Never, Never thought we would be bringing home a brand new car that day. David was very understanding and listened to all our concerns, including the fact we were on a budget. He knew better then we did the SUV that was perfect for us. Thank you Hyundai. Everyone we met was so so nice!!! Will definitely send our friends there knowing they will have a wonderful experience.

I went to purchase a used civic here and the staff were sloppy and unhelpful. The man we worked with didn’t care if we bought a car or not. We would ask him questions about the car to be advised to figure it out when we test drove. I have no confidence in Duncan. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the Duncan group buying a car. Luckily, other places sell used cars and were willing to work with us! I like to use a local business to purchase cars from, but I will never buy from here!
I had a great experience buying my first car from Duncan Hyundai. They made the process so easy, fast, and painless. I was helped by the salesperson Jose, and he answered all of my questions and was very attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. I am in love with my new Hyundai Elantra! This is for the service department. After promising me a 100,000 warranty on my transmission that took all of a month to fix I was told by Hyundai motor America Lloyd denied ever promising that. Horrible customer service as he also told me “that’s what I got” for buying my vehicle at Shelor Motor Mile.
