Verified Renter The apartments are nice and the maintenance staff is super helpful and prompt. We hardly ever have issues and we like living here. I think that the value for the money isn’t the best, as there aren’t many amenities and the kitchens have very little storage or counter space.

Verified Renter Living here the past 5 years has been a pleasure. Duncan Hill is a community unlike no other. There’s so much green space for the dogs, the BBQ grill is amazing in the summer, and the people are always welcoming/ willing to help!
