I scheduled an online appointment for a free consultation with Nicole. I chose this place due to its good reviews. I called to confirm, but didn't receive a call back. After my appointment time passed, I called again, and the receptionist took my information, saying someone would call me back. However, I didn't get a call back, which made me feel like they didn't care.
As you'd imagine divorce proceedings are painful at best, but Nicole Duncan was a shining light through it all. I really appreciated her calm demeanor throughout the process. She was not inciting opposing counsel to create more work and drive up cost even though she was facing someone who clearly had that agenda. Her guidance throughout ended up in a final decision that left me very pleased.
Nicole was a lifesaver for me! She helped clarify some issues that I had about my divorce and made the process a lot smoother. I greatly recommend her services.
