I actually called this company up by mistake after my hot water heater broke. I thought they were the same company that I used previously. Turns out I was mistaken. Although I now have a tankless hot water heater I question the transparency of the plumber. He came in with one quote then increased it after beginning the work. There were complications with installation which compounded the cost. After comparison shopping with many of my neighbors it turned out my charges were significantly higher than everyones.
