RecommendedI called them this morning when my garage door spring broke. They said they’d be there after lunch and they were. They fixed it and charged just what Google said the price should be for that type of repair. They also replaced the rollers that they said were shot. It works perfectly now and is so much quieter. Very satisfied.
I called this morning at 9:00a.m. and was told someone would be out later in the morning.At 3:30p.m. i hadn't received a call or text as to where they were.I called and talked to a guy named Chance that seemed to have an attitude when i asked them why they were several hours late.So the guy shows up around 4:00p.m. and never apologizes for being several hours late.I will use their competitors if at all possible in the future.
Fast efficient on-time service, I don't guess we could ask for better than that!

very prompt. My husband called them this morning and they came out the same day and worked on my garage door. Very nice, knowledgeable and explained as he was doing things. Definitely recommend them for your garage door needs.
They were very prompt, courteous and matched our home perfectly. Very clean and had to remove a classic Double hanging heavy dinosaur! They replaced it was a unit that opens so much easier, especially for Seniors in there 80’s and myself. It’s strong, beautiful and dependable especially today when our City finds itself without power.
Sorry for the late post, My garage door came off the rail on a Sunday. I reached out to Duncan Doors at 11:40 am, I received a response at 12:04, I did not expect a response so fast. Like always things break down when the warranty runs out, mine ran out August 25. SMH, Jason came out in the pouring rain and repaired my door, and did not charge me one penny. This is a GREAT company, and family oriented. Thank you so much, and yes I do recommend this company!!!
